Each Event explained

In this article we will explain each event that you can select while designing a Tracker. Currently there are seven types to choose from and we will go over them one-by-one.

Add to list

The add to list event is an event that, when executed adds a row to a specific list.

Remove from list

The remove from list event is an event that, when executed removes a row from a specific list.

Send email

The send email event is an event that, when executed sends an email with or without attachment to either an email fetched from the visitor or to one or more fixed email address(es).

Update sales status

The update sales status event is an event that when executed updates the sales status of the visits related session.

Add note

The add note event adds a note to the visits related session.

Fetch input fields

The fetch input fields event fetches values from input fields and maps them to session fields specified by users.

Do nothing

The do nothing event does nothing (voids).
