How to Connect Gravity Forms with Sidetracker
Connecting Gravity Forms with Sidetracker is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to integrate your forms and start tracking user interactions seamlessly.
Step 1: Generate REST API Keys in WordPress
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
- Go to Gravity Forms > Settings.
- Click on REST API.
- Enable the REST API if it’s not already active.
- Click Add Key, then:
- Set a description for the key.
- Choose the appropriate permissions (Read recommended).
- Click Generate API Key.
- Copy the Consumer Key (CK) and Consumer Secret (CS)—you’ll need these in Sidetracker.
Step 2: Connect Gravity Forms in Sidetracker
- Log in to your Sidetracker account.
- Navigate to Integrations from the main menu.
- Click on New Integration.
- Select the Gravity Forms tile.
- A popup will appear asking for the following details:
- Site URL (Base URL) → Enter your WordPress website URL.
- Consumer Key (CK) → Paste the key from Gravity Forms.
- Consumer Secret (CS) → Paste the secret from Gravity Forms.
- Click Connect to finalize the integration.
Step 3: Start Tracking
Once connected, you can select Gravity Forms submission as an action when setting up a Tracker in Sidetracker. This allows you to capture and analyze form submissions seamlessly.
